Common questions

Is there a minimum contract?
Monthly plans run month to month and can be cancelled at the end of any period. Yearly plans run for twelve months and are billed once.
What counts as a location?
One physical address. Devices inside that address are covered by the plan's device limit; a second shop needs a second location.
Do you take a cut of card or TWINT payments?
No. You keep your own acquirer contract and its rates. Kassenta records the payment and never sits between you and the money.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in both directions, effective from the next billing period. Your data and settings are untouched by a plan change.
